Never send a server key, an API token or a password: support never asks for one.
What support can do
A request is never proof of who you are.
Support changes nothing in a community because a message asks. A guild's owner who has lost every passkey gets it back through the owner recovery checks, which take days and write to the address the portal already has. A player's data is the community's: ask its staff first.
